I use a U.S. courier / freight forwarder

⚠️ IMPORTANTE: PEDIDOS ENVIADOS A COURIERS

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ORDERS SHIPPED TO COURIERS

Check the correct address, suite/locker number, customer ID, and every detail required by your courier before checkout.

FlexVibe is responsible for delivering the order to the U.S. shipping address provided by the customer. After successful delivery to that courier address, international transportation, handling, customs clearance, duties, taxes, forwarding fees, and final delivery are arranged and paid between the customer and their courier, unless FlexVibe explicitly states otherwise.

FlexVibe is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or other issues occurring after successful delivery to the designated courier. This does not limit non-waivable rights or the exceptions in our return policy.

Your courier is a separate service. FlexVibe is not affiliated with or endorsing any particular courier.
