Pokémon 30th Anniversary: A 30th Celebration Collector Checklist
Build your Pokémon 30th anniversary checklist around the 30th Celebration products you actually want to own. Separate opening formats, fixed-character collections, special editions and November reservations. You do not need one of every product to enjoy the expansion, and buying every format does not guarantee a complete card set.
Start with an opening goal
Individual packs, the six-pack Booster Bundle and the standard nine-pack Elite Trainer Box provide different session sizes. Use the ETB versus Booster Bundle guide to compare opening count with ETB extras.
Record the count you want to open before choosing the format. If you keep one sealed, mark it separately from packs planned for opening. That keeps a sealed-display purchase from being counted twice in your opening budget.
Track standard and Pokémon Center editions separately
The Pokémon Center ETB is a separate edition with its named Nidorina promos, including a stamped version. Your checklist can have separate entries for regular and Pokémon Center packaging, but only if collecting both editions is a real goal.
Use the ETB edition checklist to verify exact inclusions. Do not infer the Pokémon Center pack count from another set. A clear checklist can leave an unresolved detail blank until it is verified.
Choose fixed characters and display extras
The Poster Collection centers on Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres. Lucario and Alolan Exeggutor Tech Sticker Collections provide different named promos and sticker themes. Read the poster and sticker comparison before adding both formats.
Greninja ex tin and Sylveon ex tin are distinct from Greninja ex Box and Sylveon ex Box. Mark the format as well as the character. The tin-versus-box guide prevents those similar names from becoming duplicate or mistaken purchases.
Give the November wave a timing column
Ditto Premium Collection, Mew Figure Collection, UPC Day and UPC Night are listed as November preorders. FlexVibe shows November 6, 2026 release and estimated dispatch November 8–10 (2–4 calendar days after release) for these products.
Place “reserved,” “dispatched” and “received” in separate checklist fields. A paid preorder is not an item already on your shelf. Use the November planner and compare Day versus Night or Ditto versus Mew for the relevant display choice.
Record bundle components rather than a second set
The Party, Double Trouble, Boss Level and Collector Quest combinations contain stated existing products. The Ditto + Mew and Day & Night combinations do the same for preorders. Use the bundle planner to count those components.
Mark each component in your checklist when you receive the bundle. This prevents a pair of UPCs from appearing as two missing individual purchases just because the order used a bundle title. Record accessories and promos separately if those are part of your collecting goal.
Keep the product checklist separate from the card checklist
Randomized booster cards need their own received-card record. Product packaging does not guarantee a complete expansion, and opening multiple collections can produce duplicates. Browse the current 30th Celebration collection for live availability, and use your checklist to focus the next purchase on a real gap.
