Share your experience with the FlexVibe product you received. Honest feedback helps other collectors choose the right format and helps us improve.

Leave a product review

1. Find the exact product you ordered in our catalog.
2. Open its product page and go to the customer reviews section.
3. Select Write a review and describe your experience with that product.

Find the product I ordered

After fulfillment, our product-review system is scheduled to email a review link after 14 days. That link identifies the product in your order. You can leave honest positive or negative feedback; no purchase of another product is required.

Get a Google Customer Reviews survey

After checkout, the Thank you page asks whether Google can email you a one-minute survey. Select Yes if you want to participate. Google sends the survey invitation using the estimated delivery date supplied by the integration.

The survey invitation is specific to your purchase. Google Customer Reviews does not provide a general public survey link for everyone. To complete the Google survey, use the invitation Google sends you after you opt in.
